We offer 2 free generations so you can test the extension before purchasing. We encourage you to use these free trials to ensure the product meets your needs.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• You have not violated our terms of service
• This is your first refund request

How to Request a Refund

• We'll process your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
• Your license will be deactivated upon refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied if:

• Request is made after 7 days of purchase
• License has been shared or misused
• Multiple refund requests from the same person
• Violation of terms of service

Cancellation

Since this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel. Your license is permanent after purchase, with no recurring charges.

API Costs

We are not responsible for any API costs incurred through OpenAI or Google. Those are billed separately by the respective providers based on your usage.
